1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect: your name, email address, and password (encrypted). As you use the platform, we collect: learning progress, XP earned, campus enrollment data, journal entries, notes, bookmarks, project data, community messages, and review submissions. Payment information (credit card details) is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: manage your account and authentication, track your learning progress and XP, personalize your dashboard and recommendations, process payments and manage subscriptions, send important account notifications, provide community features, generate certificates, manage the affiliate program, and improve our platform and content.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), Gmail SMTP (email notifications). Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored securely on Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. Learning progress, preferences, and local data (journal, notes, bookmarks) are stored in your browser localStorage for fast access. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use localStorage to store your preferences, learning progress, and session data locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly sync it. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Essential cookies may be used for authentication and session management.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, export your data (available in Settings), request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, opt out of marketing communications, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Mastery University, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Mastery University.

2. Description of Service

AI Mastery University provides: online educational content across 14 AI-focused campuses, AI tool tutorials, side hustle blueprints, monthly challenges with rewards, a resource vault with downloadable templates and prompts, community features, an affiliate program, and subscription-based access tiers (Visitor, Student, Masters, PhD).

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. One account per person — sharing account access is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to platform features including Module 1 of starter campuses, community chat, AI tool tutorials, and the Resource Vault. The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. We reserve the right to modify free plan features at any time.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Student, Masters, and PhD) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your Account page — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, lessons, designs, branding, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of AI Mastery University. You may use downloaded resources for personal and business use but may not redistribute, resell, or share them publicly. Screenshots and notes for personal use are permitted. You may not record, download, or redistribute video or course content.

8. Community Guidelines

When using community features, you agree to: be respectful to all members, not post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content, not share personal contact information publicly, not promote competing services, and not impersonate others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI Mastery University is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for third-party tools, services, or platforms mentioned in our content.
